The Analytical Research team examines diverse features of flavors and fragrances in various natural products, foods, cosmetics, and spaces. With professional expertise and experience, the researchers process and separate aroma components from different samples, then analyze
the components and formulate data using analysis instruments such as Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS).
The researchers further examine and process these data to provide flavorists and perfumers with specific aroma formula and profiles.
